We collect what we need to deliver Foundation, keep it secure, never sell it, and let you remove it whenever you want.
Someva Health Pty Ltd ("Someva", "we", "us") operates someva.health and the Foundation Program. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Our position is straightforward: collect what is necessary to deliver the program, keep it secure, never sell it, and let you remove it whenever you want.
When you create an account or purchase Foundation, we collect your name, email address, postal address (if a physical item is being shipped), and your account password in hashed form.
Foundation invites you to share information about your symptoms, goals, dietary patterns, and progress. This may include intake form responses, journal entries, supplement use, and self-reported tracking data. We treat this with elevated care, described in section 04.
Payments are processed via Kajabi using a regulated payment gateway. We receive a record of your transaction. We do not store full card numbers, CVVs, or banking credentials on our servers.
We log standard technical information when you use our site and member portal — IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, and timestamps — for performance, security, and abuse prevention.
If you contact us, we keep a record of that correspondence so we can follow up.
The information you share inside Foundation — symptoms, journal entries, food responses, progress notes — is treated with elevated care.
We share information only with service providers who help us deliver the program, under data processing agreements that bind them to use the information only on our instructions. These include:
We may also disclose information if compelled by valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Someva, our members, or others.
We do not share your information with advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics platforms that use it for cross-site tracking.
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
We do not run advertising trackers, fingerprinting scripts, or third-party social media pixels.
You can:
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@someva.health and we will respond within 30 days.
Your information is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access inside Someva is restricted by role, requires multi-factor authentication, and is logged for audit. We review our security practices regularly and respond to identified issues without delay.
If we ever experience a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected members and the OAIC in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Foundation is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@someva.health and we will delete it.
The providers listed in section 05 — Google Workspace, Kajabi, and Vercel — may process your information on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we rely on standard contractual safeguards to ensure your information receives a comparable level of protection.
We will update this policy as our practices evolve. The effective date is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members at least 30 days before they take effect.
